Shipping Information
Orders are usually processed within 10 working days and shipped around Australia with tracking number and insurance policy. If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any. Products with longer processing times will be disclosed in the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns & Exchanges
Thanks for shopping at KaLaf Artwork. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchasing goods. Goods must be unused and in original condition. We can exchange for other items within the online store.
Due to the handmade nature of our product, slight imperfections are not considered defects and are not reason for return. Each item is thoroughly checked for defects prior to being shipped.
If returning an item to us we strongly recommend having a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit being returned to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email kalafartwork@gmail.com to give us your order information.
Step 2 - Save original packaging!
Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to kalafartwork@gmail.com
